Contracting module is an addon module that turns general modules into dedicated business solution, as Contracting business Bos can manage simple/advanced projects , through customization or setup you have a complete set of tools to manage and execute your project, no matter what your field is, thanks to contractor profile you can customize this module to adhere your field of activities at general level & specialized level which determine different branches needed such as production, inventory …etc, you may choose different modules that suite your business, for instance you may choose inventory with manufacturing only,or complete project management, you can add full accounting/ financial management accounting module , you can add HR module …etc, simply you have the chance to customize your solution which according to your choices will provide

• categorizing your projects would work as a starting point for a different type of projects you deal with, you may have construction, exterior, interior ......etc.
• for each category as a profile you have the ability to determine HR hierarchy which shape your data follow between project team, financial profile will determine different costs(indirect), profit margin, project administration weight.
• through the files section you can specify different files used project wide , primarily drawing, final drawing, calculation sheets ...etc.
• reports used during the project life span which is used to retrieve data from the site to technical administration by project cast can be added with no limit for quantity or contents, you just add the template which will be used in the selected project.

  • you register different technical phases used through a given project category for instance this phase might be the painting phase, through the process you can register phase order in the execution model, register estimated time for that phase (per unit), assign raw material ratios (per unit), register human & machine resources (per unit).
  • you can have a lag period, you can have an accelerator, you can have raw material optional or forced.

• to make it simple, the way you plan, review, and execute any project, all deal with information, to achieve a specific goal you have to go through a series of steps (phases), using resources, consuming time, you statically assign resources to a phase but some resources are impossible to be assigned statically such as time consumption which the base line for the whole project.
• here comes the role of the formula engine which takes control of different data from different sources and manages relations in-between.
• for instance, for painting one square meter you need 1 Kg of paint as raw material, you need a brush (with a productivity of 1 M / hour) as a tool, and you need a painter (with a productivity of 0.5 M / hour)as man power, but what about what it takes to paint a 1000 M2, what time needed, how many painter, how many brushes, when a certain brush would be replaced ??????.
• the formula engine takes the total size as data entry by the user through registering project data, processes phase static characteristics which tell paint buckets needed, painter and brushes needed, and with productivity of each item we got a basic time for execution trough a simple mathematical equitation dividing total meters by least productivity by quantities of resource, this equitation is controlled by you.
• same for quantities of brushes as one brush will paint 100M before it is fully consumed, with the time generated above we have the total time for painting for one brush which by dividing by consumption rate gives the total brushes needed.
• simple mathematics you always do will be just hard written to your software once and execute as many projects as you use, and with computer systems it can go further beyond your imagination.
