designing main platform hosting different information, route it using a backend app which is used in server based rule hosting a public community & business application used on different business environments, backend has the rule of providing baseline information (raw material used by a contractor and provided by a supplier) those information used in a desktop app as a product for both supplier and contractor route information related to this product as purchase order from contractor to suppliers having quotations to have one selected by contractor, same product may be a product listed on the online store for sale for any seeker both at same community simply providing a wide scale client server application that span multi entities as business or personals routing relating different information in between
